Kagu LLC Operations Alerts — Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Kagu LLC, PO Box 12667, Scottsdale, AZ 85260, USA, handles personal data for the Kagu LLC Operations Alerts SMS program (the "Program").

Data We Collect

• Mobile phone number of enrolled recipients.
• Message content — the operational alert text delivered by the Program.
• Delivery metadata — records that a message was sent, and its delivery status (e.g. delivered, failed, opted out).

How We Use Data

Solely to enroll recipients, deliver operational alerts, honor opt-outs, and maintain the delivery records required to operate and audit the Program. We do not use Program data for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making.

Sharing

We do not sell Program data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Delivery requires processors acting on our instructions: Amazon Web Services (AWS End User Messaging) and, inherently, telecommunications carriers that transport the messages.

Retention

Enrollment and consent records are retained for the life of the enrollment plus the period needed to demonstrate lawful consent. Delivery records are retained for operational auditing. A number is removed from active sending immediately upon opt-out (reply STOP).

Your Choices and Rights

• Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; reply HELP for assistance.
• To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, email igor@barani.org. We honor deletion requests to the extent retention is not required to demonstrate consent or comply with law.
