The Kagu LLC Operations Alerts program ("the Program") sends operational alert text messages to personnel of Kagu LLC, PO Box 12667, Scottsdale, AZ 85260, USA. Enrollment and consent are recorded through the enrollment (opt-in) page.
The Program delivers critical operational alerts about systems administered by Kagu LLC — for example: fault alarms when monitored infrastructure stops responding or a scheduled job fails, recovery notices when a fault clears, and safety paging (such as kill-switch activation or risk-limit triggers). Alerts are transactional, not marketing.
Message frequency varies with system activity; typically fewer than 100 messages per month. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
Recipients are limited to Kagu LLC personnel and system administrators who own or administer the enrolled handset. Numbers are never acquired from purchased or third-party lists. Each number is enrolled only via the consent process on the opt-in page.
